Today we talk about Scoreformer: an integral part of our ALScreen platform, designed for high-throughput screening of large molecular databases. The platform learns from initial sets of molecules and their docking scores, understanding the underlying scoring function. This capability allows us to perform inference on billions of compounds in just a few hours.
